ConciergeDome is not a concierge medicine practice and does not provide clinical care. If you submit information through a ConciergeDome-powered website, form, chat, or intake experience for a specific concierge medicine practice, that concierge medicine practice may also collect and control information under its own privacy practices.

That information is used to provide the contracted services, such as operating websites, routing inquiries, supporting DomeChat or intake workflows, managing lead attribution, producing reports, and providing customer support.
Concierge medicine practices are responsible for determining whether and how they collect sensitive patient, member, or prospective-member information, for providing appropriate notices to their users, and for complying with legal, ethical, advertising, HIPAA, confidentiality, and professional obligations that apply to their practice.

On the free homepage demo booking page, providing your mobile number and clicking "Book Free Homepage Demo" records your consent to receive automated text messages from DomeLabs about your appointment and free homepage. Messages may include confirmations, reminders, scheduling questions, and homepage draft updates, with up to 6 messages per project. Message and data rates may apply.
