ConciergeDome is not a concierge medicine practice and does not provide concierge physician guidance. If you submit information through a ConciergeDome-powered website, form, chat, or intake experience for a specific concierge medicine practice, that concierge medicine practice may also collect and control information under its own privacy practices.
