DomeLabs owns the ConciergeDome design, code, platform, templates, and automations. Your practice keeps ownership of your practice name, logo, domain, trademarks, content you provide, and membership inquiry and lead data specific to your practice.

After the required 30-day notice period, future billing stops and access to the ConciergeDome website, hosting, tools, and support may end. Your practice does not receive ownership of the ConciergeDome-built website, code, platform, templates, automations, or systems.

Yes. Plans include hosting, management, maintenance, and support based on the plan you select. We keep the site and connected intake tools running after launch so enrollment paths do not go dark.

No. We do not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, discovery calls, enrolled members, revenue, or ROI. ConciergeDome improves website clarity, intake, visibility, follow-up, and reporting. Results still depend on your market, membership offer, competition, and how quickly your team responds.
